Welcome to CampusTea.ng (“Campus Tea”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Campus Tea.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Campus Tea.
  • You must provide accurate registration information, including your school and course where requested.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure.

2. Your account

You may not impersonate others, create multiple accounts to evade bans, or share your account with others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to post or share content that:

  • Is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory.
  • Contains sexual content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, or exploitation.
  • Promotes violence, self-harm, scams, or fraud.
  • Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or others’ privacy.
  • Contains malware, spam, or attempts to hack or disrupt the platform.
  • Shares others’ private information without consent (doxxing).

We may remove content, restrict features, or ban users at our discretion to keep campuses safe. Anonymous features must not be used for abuse.

4. Your content

  • You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Campus Tea a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute it on the platform.
  • You confirm you have the right to post your content and that it does not violate these terms.
  • We may moderate, remove, or restrict content that breaks our rules or applicable law.

5. Marketplace & payments

Marketplace listings are posted by users. Campus Tea is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. Meet safely in public places, verify items, and never send money to unverified accounts. Premium features, Tea Coins, and subscriptions are subject to displayed pricing and refund policies at the time of purchase.

6. Third-party services

Campus Tea may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g. Google Sign-In, AdMob, payment providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual property

The Campus Tea name, logo, app design, and platform code are owned by CampusTea.ng or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell our services without permission.

8. Disclaimers

Campus Tea is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. User-generated content does not represent our views. Exam prep and campus guide content is for educational support only and is not a substitute for official academic advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campus Tea and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, user content, or third-party interactions.

10. Termination

You may stop using Campus Tea at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity. Sections that should survive termination (e.g. liability limits, content licence) will remain in effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions. The latest version will always be on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
